If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com.
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Is postage/shipping fee included in the price?
The shipping fee is not included in the single item price. You can further check the shipping costs during payment checkout.

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used per purchase.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
Taxes & Duties Tax (where applicable)
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
Expected Delivery Time
Delivery/Shipping fee is based on standard POS Laju and subject to weight of the purchased product with tracking services fee of RM5 for international postage)
- Peninsular Malaysia (2 - 3 working days via POS Laju)
- Sabah / Sarawak (2 -5 working days via POS Laju)
- Singapore / Brunei (8 - 14 working days POS Laju)
